Your email and reading access

We store your email address, purchase or reviewer-access record, payment reference, and access-link information to unlock Season One and help you return. We store reviewer-code redemptions to enforce their usage limits. These records are held privately on our areait.lv hosting.

Payments

Stripe processes your payment and receives the payment and billing information you provide at checkout. NAWLZ receives payment status and identifiers; our website does not store your full card number or security code. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Cookies and technical records

Essential cookies maintain your session and reading access. The session cookie lasts for the browser session; the access cookie normally lasts 30 days. Signing out clears this browser’s reading access. Hosting services may keep request and security logs, including IP addresses. We also keep short-lived, hashed rate-limit records to reduce misuse of sign-in links.

Optional email updates

If you tick the updates checkbox, we record your consent, its date, and the wording you agreed to. We may use your email to send occasional NAWLZ news, including news about the book. We do not sell or rent the list. Each update will include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests take effect immediately in our list and do not remove your purchase. You can also email us to opt out. Access and payment messages are separate from marketing updates.

Retention and your choices

Purchase and access records are kept while needed to provide reading access, handle support, and meet accounting or legal requirements. Reader sign-in links expire after one day; code-manager links expire after 15 minutes. We retain a minimal unsubscribe record to avoid adding you back without new consent. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by email. Some purchase records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

Service providers

Hosting, email delivery, and payment providers process information as needed to deliver these services. Their infrastructure may be outside your country. We do not add advertising trackers to the new NAWLZ reader or landing page.
